2016 Bluegrass Antique Machinery Association

Fall Plow Day

The Bluegrass Antique Machinery Association (BAMA) held their Fall plow day on Saturday, November 5,2016 at the Georgetown-Scott County Community Garden in Georgetown, Kentucky across from the huge Toyota plant. In addition to the antique tractors and farm equipment of the members, the association also invited Mike Downs from Olympia, Kentucky to bring his Belgian draft horses to the gardens to demonstrate the art of horse plowing. The weather was absolutely perfect for a Fall day in Novemeber. The ground was in excellent condition and the plowing went very well. I hope that you find my photos enjoyable and entertaining.
